About StaySafe Verified
StaySafe Verified helps short term rental hosts organize and share safety and comfort information with guests. Our service improves communication and trust, but it does not replace legal compliance, insurance, professional inspections, or emergency services.
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated property information, including safety details, documents, photos, videos, emergency contacts, and guest guidance. Hosts must also follow all applicable laws, rental platform rules, and local safety requirements.
Verification & Trusted Stay™ Badge
The Trusted Stay™ badge means a host has submitted property safety and comfort information for review. Verification is based on host submitted information and does not guarantee that a property is risk free, legally compliant, or physically inspected by StaySafe Verified.
Guest Information
Guest facing pages are provided for awareness and convenience. Guests should use their own judgment and contact the host, booking platform, local authorities, or emergency services when needed.
Payments & Annual Memberships
Some services may require payment, including verification, Trusted Stay™ Badge access, StayHub™ features, or consultation services. Payment does not guarantee approval, badge issuance, or continued verification status.
Submitted Content
By submitting property information, photos, videos, documents, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You also allow StaySafe Verified to use it for review, verification, display, support, and service improvement.
Prohibited Use
You may not submit false information, misuse badges, impersonate others, copy verification materials, interfere with platform security, or use StaySafe Verified in a misleading, unlawful, or harmful way.
Limitation of Liability
StaySafe Verified is not responsible for accidents, property issues, guest decisions, host actions, legal violations, damages, losses, or incidents related to a stay. The platform is provided to support better safety communication only.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of StaySafe Verified after updates means you accept the revised terms.
